Here we are telling you step by step tutorial that how to configure MS-Outlook in your computer so that you can receive e-mails more efficiently.
This is step by step picture tutorial that how to configure G-Mail Account for MS-Outlook these screen shots are of MS-Outlook 2002 but you can configure even version 2003 after this tutorial.
Step 1: Open MS Outlook from Start menu > Run , then type "outlook" in run dialog box. outlook will open like this to your computer.
Step 2: From Tools Menu, Open "Email Accounts.."

To Learn MS-Outlook briefly you have to understand some basic protocols that are to be used in this application. These protocols and there description are as follows:
1- POP3: Stands for Post Office Protocol. This protocol is responsible for receiving mails from the main or web server to our computer or client. It allows us to check our mails even when we are offline.
2- IMAP: Stands for Internet Mail Access Protocol. It also responsible for receiving mails from web server to our client computer. POP3 and IMAP both are supported by Outlook. The difference between POP3 and IMAP is that if there are many users are using the same mailbox then IMAP is used.
3- SMTP: Stands for Simple Mail Transfer Protocol. This Protocol is responsible for sending mails over the Internet.

MS-Outlook 2003 Tutorial 1
Microsoft Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office Product. We can send or receive e-mails using this application. If we have configured Microsoft Outlook in our pc then there is no need to go to the web browsers and log in again and again.
